Right at the very beginning, before The Marvel Studios logo starts flashing all the best MCU moments of the Guardians of the Galaxy from all their appearances in the MCU, we can see the words “Showtime, A-Holes” in script text…a direct reference to Star-Lord getting ready to fight the interdimesional Abilisk in Guardians 2 as well as Marvel’s incredibly cheeky way of declaring showtime for the film. Followed by Peter’s Guardians 2 line about there being an “unspoken thing”, Drax’s Guardians 2 line about there being two types of people in the universe “those who dance and those who do not dance”, Adult Groot’s “We are Groot” from Guardians 1” and Rocket’s Guardians 1 lines of “jackasses standing in a circle” and “Aint no thing like me, except me!”

  45. Congrats on the new job, MT. Sorry to contradict you, AIM wasn’t around in the 80’s as Aldrich Killian did come up with it the idea until 1999. But a similar think tank was possible.
