GTA San Andreas First Base is a cutscene. CJ goes to Catalinas hideout and apologises for abandoning the robberies and promises to treat her right. After the cutscene CJ can chose where the next robbery takes place, I chose Against All Odds.
Go to the betting shop in Montgomery, Catalina gives CJ some satchel charges then enter. Place the satchel charges on the door to the safe, then blow the safe using a satchel charge, then get to the Pay N Spray before returning to the hideout.
