Please do a video explaining why Master Chief would get absolutely spanked in 40k. All I see are Halo fan boys talking about how Chief could take on an Astartes like childs play because he's a one man army. There dont seem to be any videos of opposing narrative, other than those that just talk about the UNSC as a whole. Pleeeease
The background music at 6:38 is so beautiful. What is the name of the track ?
On the topic of the emperor I believe he is actually a fourth dimensional being and the body that he inhabits is just an avatar of his, when it came to selecting the warmaster I don't think the emperor had control of that I believe that the only way the warmaster would have come about is with the chaos gods in agreement on Horus. Like if the emperor would have chosen the lion in the chaos gods might not have ever even tried to tempt him, the emperor was because he was a fourth dimensional being and the only way they need to stop him was not to kill him but to imprison him with the Golden throne, he is trapped in a perpetual state of life and death and cannot return to the fourth dimension. It would explain a lot of his actions and abilities as well. Let me be clear, the warp is not the Fourth dimension, it is still a third dimension it is just different with different fundamental laws that apply to it. I personally believe that some other perpetual's are fourth dimensional avatars also.
this is the coolest video I've seen on the emperor so far
This was a great vid, deserving a youtube boost @teamyoutube .
Also think the Emperor's apparent ascendency is the last contingency that had to happen, even if against his will. Sort of a Dr. Strange "just 1" moment.
Happy new year NERD! Saved all your vids from 2025 to binge watch today cause irl sh*t!
Also, like quantum mechanics has taught us, observation affects the observed entity, which means that looking into the future affects that future, and radically so
has games-workshop/the black library written this down, but not released as of yet?
If the birth of the Dark King would consume all of humanity, then the Dark King could simply re-create humanity and re-seed the galaxy through the warp rifts. Another contingency.
Would it be a fair bet to say sense Big E is the chaos god of order (i.e. anti chaos gods) would blanks be "blessed" on "chosen" of big E?
Nice work. Great narrator performances. Intriguing story and analysis.
Long term planning for the purpose of acquisition of power and control are what the minions of Tzeentch do.
40K conspiracy theories are the only conspiracies that interest me!
I think, the Big E was made by bonding a couple of Psykers together, same way he succs the Psykers in the golden throne so he will eventually be a god
A very informative and thought-provoking video. You explain things very well, and have given me a lot of points to raise in my next argument with my Chaos-loving son, who insists that the Emperor is a tyrant whose only goal was to be worshipped. I'm ashamed (not really!) to have birthed such a heretic! By the way, where are you from?
Hello NERDS!! 😂
Your voice is everything
Keep up
Hello nerd
I swear Vashtorr is the dead god emperor. Not in a literal sense, but in a warp sense. The mirroring of their bodies is so insane.
"We have to build plans for all possible contingencies because reasons, but they'll always fail because reasons. Also my future sight is flawless except for all the ways its not, and I'm always right except for when I'm hilariously wrong. I'm not a tyrant even though I'm doing tyrannical things. I'm a victim of fate, not at all like everyone else who has ever lived. That's just my burden. I'm totally a genius, bro."
-The Emperor
The emperors goal is to eliminate individuality and create a bio robotic species that can only worship him as he cleanses the universe. He is the god of pain and suffering. He blinds with his light and burns with molten gold.
Or he is an avatar of a certain scheming chaos god.
As how like humans are with eldar, maybe his connection with Slaneesh was trying to understand it to reborn as a god without doom humans souls.
I generally think that the Emperor didn't want the Imperium to last. He could have controlled humanity for more than 40.000 years at the time the Imperium was made. It was only at the height of humanity that he couldn't have taken over.
I rather think this was him riding by the seat of his pants, trying to save humanity at its lowest point. His goal being to connect all of humanity and giving it the webway, this allowing humanity to be safe and to safely go through a psychic awakening by using the webway. After this, i think the goal was for humanity to take over its own rule and even create its own government. I take this from the Imperium being mostly run by the council of Terra, the council outranked the primarchs and anyone who was not the Emperor. He also kept making it clear that humans should rule humans. Finally, he built up massive universities, educated everyone and worked to increase the average persons quality of life, this generally leads to the fall of empires. The most stable empires have a powerful ruling class and a weak lower class.
I think the Imperium was inherently temporary, made to connect humanity and give it what it needed to make the webway. This path also allowed his armies to use horrible methods, as any horrors committed would be blamed on the leadership of the Imperium, which would crumble. He then had to make the Imperium stable after the webway project failed, so he would have time to figure out a new plan.
The webway is so central for 2 reasons: Firstly, it keeps you safe from the forces of chaos and their touch, meaning that psykers can grow and learn without becoming gates to demons. Secondly, it changes how human populations see each other, being on different planets is suddenly the same as someone living in the other end of your home town. So everyone suddenly has a reason to deal with each other as part of the same population.
It's a shame this seems to be the direction they're taking the emperor's character in, I much preferred the idea that in the end the emperor's plans are what CAUSED the downfall of humanity, not that "actually he's really as great and cool and perfect as everyone thinks he is and actually creating a galaxy-wide fascist dystopia run on human suffering was simply the best course of action that could possibly have existed" or, even worse, "falling on my face in the lunch line and crying so hard I pissed myself was actually all part of my plan! My vast intellect is simply beyond your comprehension, and YOU'RE the one who REALLY looks foolish!"
Looking at the 41st millennium as anything other than a complete and total failure feels like copium on a massive scale.
He's sitting on a throne playing 5D chess while snackin on psykers..
I've never read any of the warhammer books only seen other peoples interpretations of the characters and the universe, you've managed to nail what i have thought about the emperor he is a being who is nearly omniscient lived a thousand lifetimes and has seen the natural cycle of humanity played out countless times he has a disdain for religion because that power corrupts and will eventually crumble civilizations he's seen it in the past present and possible futures.
Yet look at the state of the imperium ran with religious fervor to the "god" emperor opposite of the vision the emperor seems to place on the future of man not to mention how close he is to the immaterial plane having his power derive from the very place that most would consider heretical to even suggest.
You also have to wonder how he fits within the immaterium I think that he was the little girl that got through the labrynth of tzeentch and from that gained more knowledge than a mortal mind could comprehend.
Also what exactly are the pre requisites from birthing a chaos deity iirc it took thousands of years for slanesh to be born so its possible that's the end game.
Yet here we are a couple of nerds discussing a story that is yet to be finished there are many ways this story could go and i for one will be curious to see the endgame if they decide to take it there cause right now everything is fucked and getting worse in the universe cause after all. There is only war
Lmao nerd you read this.
There is, of course, another layer to this. The way I see it, another contingency is in progress, one that needs time: Evolution. The Custodes represent the absolute peak of humanity; a peak that can theoretically be achieved through evolution alone (no organ-implanting surgery required). One of the Emperor's plans could be to simply stall the enemies of humanity long enough for them to evolve into the peak form. No enemy would stand a chance if every human were as strong and incorruptible as the Custodes.
I agree on the final thought in the video, gj
"YOUR Empire? I stand with the Republic, for democracy!"
The emperor prpbebly never planned this originally..it was the age of strife that gave him the idea because until the birth of slaanesh there was nothing to suggest to humans that gods could be created.
It gave him the reason as he saw how fragile humanity was to the chaos gods and warp and the solution…birth a new god to protect them by breeding worship but not worship
I don't know, but the more I hear about the Emperor, the more he sounds like the God Emperor from Dune. Seeing a future and preparing humanity for this event is the golden path of the God Emperor…
If he planned what you said. Then you are wrong by your own Logic of: "Forcing a 2 dimensional Subject to see in 3 Dimensions."
The Timestream Concept of Eternalism might offer a Clue tho. Anything that could have happened in the Past, did happen. Anything that is now, is a Result of what has been happening. Anything that can happen, will.
Thank you for the excellent content…NERD!!!
Is it cannon that the Emperor's true name is "Neoth"?
is this an AI voice? i like it!
Or the emperor wants to ascend to god hood slowly because doing it quickly would cause the same thing to happen when the eldar birthed slaanesh
The emperor is anathema, chaos cannot be killed with chaos, when a psycher or anything else destroys a daemon that daemon only returns to the warp and continues to exist but weapons the emperor has imbued with his anathema remove daemons from existence entirely.
The pantheon tried to trick the emperor into becoming the dark king which would have resulted in him losing his anathema and becoming their equal, just another chaos god in the warp. Currently He is still the anathema and so is still dangerously beyond their control.
Just my take on it 😊…..
Sun Tzu
Emperor – pretend to be weak when you are strong
chaos – pretend to be strong when you are weak
An actual person!!!👌

Debated so much of the lore and the grand plans why who what for reasons and by products etc. The crusade had a reason . He knew from the start horus was going to do that . Stopjng it was. A diff matter but the battle in the beyond web way was more important. Magnus wasn't wrong . But a token to be played .and the custodians and malc had there place to play…the fall the refinding and the new crusiade but the over all scheme is crazy to get in to and is more than a 30min convo can cover . Ur talking hours … Esp if ur a lore nuts like me who has every audio every book every codex every little sniped bit watched every theory …. There is to much to cover….. But open for debate on the lore of the best of it 🤘😎
Time is a JEREMYBEARAMY
This is why, i love 40k. It can be what you think or want after you have read the main script. Just saying. 😂😅
The main issue i see with this is how much of humanity actually has positive emotion towards him.
From the perspective of someone living in a hive world, their lives are complete misery and torture and have no idea why they are doing this or worshiping the emperor that did this and just know theyll get shot if they dont.
If its known that this is the emperors plan amongst the primarchs and their is an end to the wars and genocides amongst everyone then i could see it at least being more possible but still a gamble to what kind of god would emerge if it happens with all the conflicting emotions that exist towards him.
I suspect that the Emperor is actually responsible for the AI rebellion that ended humanities golden age. It would be fittingly Grimdark that the Emperor never meant to actually lift up mankind but merely to control it for reasons he is only subconsiously aware of.
40 facts about 40k will always be what got me into WH, but you help me dive deep
The chance to control the future is like 1 per cent rven when your at your best sadly
Does it really matter? All lore is now useless thanks to GamesWorkshop. It's literally like reading a old book, let's call the "good book" in which facts about culture and history of people that lived in that culture. Now, at first the new books seem nice, until you compare them. Then you notice the changes. After a couple hours of crosschecks between the old book and the new book. You understand what is now the "good book" is mostly rewritten with narratives missing key points, or even changing/removing people from the book. The new book is just altered history that holds no value to a culture anymore. It is not a history of events, or the wisdom of people from the original culture, but just words for a new culture that doesn't exist. Suddenly you no long go to the "good book" club meeting each week. Or bother with the celebrations, since most of them are recently made up, and don't have any relation to your culture now that you think about them. The new book is just a fad though. A cash grab at that. So people still read, and conduct life, according to the old book. At the end of it, the new book creators find no one buying their product. They lose their company. A old book lover may buy it. Bring back the old book. But the damage is done. The chain of history and culture is broken. Just like that, hundreds- No, thousands, even possibly millions have no culture. No history of truths to learn from. No clubs for people to meet in. While you set with your old book, staying mostly to yourself, the new generation flails and kicks about. Desperate for a reason, for there to be reason, without any found in the new book. Sometimes they ask you, almost pleading, but you can't explain what you grew up with. The culture is gone. You avoid those new bookers because of that. Knowing both you and them can never understand each other. That it will only lead to frustrations and worse if either of you try. No matter what happens new bookers, it no longer means anything to you. You're just a old book, left on the shelf to rot, with no more meaning in this new book world. Soon, you know it will be much sooner than imagined, you & the "good book", both old and new, will be forgotten. Along with the rest of the history you knew and livid. So, knowing all that, dear scholar, will you still persist in your pursuits? Feel free to apply this to any subject that is the document for a cultures reasons and history. It's the same every time. "Nothing that changes is forever", is a warning often told, and rarely is it ever understood. Worst- Never is the warning ever heeded. Well, I guess at that's one "forever".
The emperor is so powerful that even if his mortal vody dies his soil will turn into a god. The Tau even spawned their own god so the Emperor would naturally turn into one once his mortal body dies.
25:40. Couldn't he just admit he was wrong and amend his imperial "Truth"?
Beautiful discovery your channel is, oh Sage. Omnissiah bless you!
Rather than seeing scenes of future think he actually was omniscient, as that would explain his actions. Broblem whit knowing future is dependent on wheter its deterministic or not, if not future is a single line, you couldent change, so only benefit would be knowing youre incabable of changing anything, if however its deterministic than each time random nobody expels waste, it creates at minimum 2 convergences, depending on which hand you wipe whit, so on daily bases theres trillions of convergences alone, way more than human brain, even emperors could analyze. Therefore emperor would have used the ability to make important political decisions, which he excelled at, but Also explains why he failed as a father, as that needet understanding little decisions that have chain effect, Also, would have taken empathy to understand perspectives of those he tried to be father to, aka the ones turned traitor. Definetly didnt predict the tyranids, imperial cult, or the heresey, as further you look into future, more convergences youd have to navigate, more likely theres a limit around a decade max, for enhanced human brain.
