  1. Great to see you both back in my home town and enjoying yourselves at the Pleasure Beach. That classic coaster ride along with those snails. Pendulum not for me I’m afraid so I’m with Charlotte on that one but the lighting package looks awesome. That night ride in the coaster was absolutely awesome and something I have never done. Shame there wasn’t a few more visitors at this themed event but nice vlog nevertheless 👌😉

  4. This place looks like a lot of fun. Almost caught up on your vlogs, I just haven't commented on all of them. They are all fantastic. Your Orlando trip should be soon? I was hoping to meet you two while your here but I start chemo next week and I may be to weak to go to a theme park. Enjoy. Stay safe guys!

  5. Charlotte is always such a good sport with the water rides! I thought that The Snail ride was lovely. Very cute and, as you said Shawn reminds some people of Disney. Especially the Snow White scene. Although I couldn't ride something like The Pendulum I still think that it looks amazing.

  8. …And that's the problem…After lock down restrictions were lifted,…The fair still stopping members of the opportunist public just walking in, who would undoubtedly pay their way for rides for their kids , or buy food stuffs is surely is self destroying….Many cant afford the fixed family fees…It is just plain and simply unfair, and damaging for the companies income….

  9. Good set of rides at GY-Pleasure beach, good and fair price entry and good level of entertainers – favorite has to be the Sea filled Log flume followed by Rollercoaster – great they got two more new attractions in for 2022.

  10. Enjoying your park Vlogs. The Rollercoaster there is the one that started it all for me, went on it with my dad & brother when I was a kid & was hooked. They used to have a ride called Super Looper at the main entrance in the 80s that both fascinated & terrified me at the same time, I was to young anyway. Lol

  11. I actually came here last Saturday and Sunday! It was amazing! Pendulum and 360 were my absolute favourites! Rode on them about 6 times each 😂. PleasureBeach is a must do for everyone, mostly if your going for the first time!

  12. I understand the staff are probably only being paid 6£-7£ an hour to deal with children shouting all day, but honestly I would rather go to my local fair. I'm visiting great yarmouth for the first time to see my boyfriend and was super excited about their pleasure beach, but the waltzer looked quite mediocre and family friendly, the one near me the workers spin you multiple times and you'd get whiplash if you dont sit down properly, thats the same for my other local fairs, its quite 'intense' but this seemed very slow and kid friendly.

I understand catering to children but some rides aimed more at the teens+ would be good. Luckily I live next to alton towers if I want more 'adrenaline' rides, but I also want to be able to have a nice and casual time at the fair, and walk around the beach, eat some hot food until the sunsets while still enjoying some more intense fair amusements, I dont always want to be booking a full day out at alton towers.

Oh well, I'm sure we will still enjoy it.

  14. I lived in Caister on Sea for 2 years back in '02 , glad to say I enjoyed that roller coaster when I went there . Was a bit wary of it's age , and the fact it's wooden though , wonder how much , if any of the original timber is still on it ?
