Two rulers That I'd love to see the channel brew up are: TTW Sylvia, using Nyarlathotep Doll for additional wind will. And ADK Welser. Welser can use Majin Subjugation on a Prototype Magi Trooper to get out a 1 or 2 drop Wicked Spirit(+Warhorse). Not to mention EDL Elixir making it easy to grab crests.
