    For my password manager I use Bitwarden (Yubikeys as 2FA) and don't forget about 2FA everywhere you can
    Avoid SMS 2FA as much as you can because of sim swapping

  2. Ip address plus phone number is leaked. Buy a new phone and get a new phone number every once in awhile. My health data was leaked from Kaiser to Google, Twitter, Bing and Microsoft. I think the government wants all data and this is a way to do it. Just change your phone number and IP every year. Also claim list cards and get new numbers. Shuffle the deck.
