  1. People who are on this show are typically the "I love eating so I'll open a restaurant!" types. I love eating. I love cooking! I love cooking for my family and friends and I've even cooked for a few friend's wedding receptions. Would I love to open a restaurant? If everything went as expected and there was no surprises, absolutely! Unfortunately, it NEVER goes as expected and there are ALWAYS surprises! The reason I have no desire to open a restaurant is, I'm WAY too damned lazy! Owning a restaurant (for those of us not rich enough to pay someone else to make it work) means 80+ hour work weeks, never being able to really relax on a vacation (if you get one at all), and constant mental gymnastics to work around the daily surprises that pop up. No. Just, hell no.

  2. I felt bad for the owner.
Opening a F&B business is not going to be easy, the chef plays the major role in restaurants, then followed by the management. No one expects you to be on the same level as Ramsay's, but a restaurant should at least have its own standards, or else say bye-bye to your business.

  3. The fact that his dad has held this restaurant together before the same became an adult …shows that he has what it takes. He simply forgot to show his son….and thats was the mistake of his business

  4. the chef is one of those grown men who wants to be a teenager still and only gets a job so they can afford beer and weed on the weekend so they don't care about being fired. They think they're too gangster to respond to a question or do their job but ironically they're the littlest baby boys ever, there's nothing badass about being silent when people confront you and walking away and quitting, that's what little babies do, not a grown man.

  5. This Chef needs to be fired immediately honestly he is the main problem😡 I'm very proud of the dad first stepping up thank you to Gordon Ramsay for helping this poor man I would love an update on a restaurant

  6. The word natural means absolutely nothing. People who eat s*** don't want to eat at a natural place and people eat organic consider the word natural just to be a whitewashing of the word organic so change the name man

  7. It's interesting to see the owner go from meek to hyper aggressive. He's hyper aggressive because he's not naturally assertive and doesn't know where to draw the line.
