I’ve been bingeing the series and this is probably the most heartwarming – no animosity or fighting, just an owner with no experience but who seemed to have a good heart, and the whole staff is passionate about the place and wants to see it succeed.

idk, Richard the "marketing" guy seems like a bit of a kiss-up to me. Not a lot of focus on him but it doesn't seem like he doesn't do anything. They've had that dog kennel but it's unutilized, Gordon finds a use for it within a couple days and he and his people organize an event within that same timeframe.
EDIT: nvm at the end he dressed up as a dog so that's something I guess lol
