  1. Xan is exactly right and on point here, like he usually is. One example of problems with searching, that I have from personal experience, is that I like updating information on Genius about cool artists and bands, or just transcribe songs. (I won't share my username thought, because you guys might say that the music I like to listen to is cringe). But with Google's recent and not-so-recent enshitification of the internet, it's getting harder and harder to find info online, in order to write artists' bios or update metadata.

  2. you can't even find stuff in your own playlists anymore. If I type the full name of a video I have saved somewhere, google/yt won't bring it up. I thought I was losing my mind trying to find a video for a stream, thinking I must have made it up; No, I had the right everything including the title, and it wouldn't come up in any searches. They really just want you to keep researching for no reason other than to walk passed ads over and over again

  3. I mean, google isn't "evil".

Is a lion eating humans "evil"? No, it's just hungry! 😊 "evil" assumes bad intention but it's just googles nature to be harmful towards us.

Google is a corporation, not a human being. 😉

  4. Ah, i remember justin. tv, good times, it was twitch without all the strict rules. Let's all celebrate that things change for the better though, youtube originating as a dating site and turning into the video site we all know and love and musicly or however it was spelled took a huge step up and turned into tiktok

  5. Ive boticed when using youtube on my phone or tablet the “skip ad” button is so small that I almost never hit it correctly first tap. And often times when I do tap it, it doesnt even register the tap but instead highlights the button. So now to skip ads I have to double triple tap the button with extreme accuracy to actually get it to skip the ad

  6. 22:30 holy shit thats funny. but as someone with cpr and first aid the most important thing is chest compressions. lace your fingers together, one hand on top of eachother palms open. right between the pecs/breasts, you want a steady rhythm. i know its an office bit but a pop song with a consistant but not overly fast chorus is worth playing in your head. we are trained that its 2 breaths for every 30 chest compressions, but compressions are far more important than the breath in this situation. so if you think delivery the breaths including opening up their airways will take you longer than 3 seconds dont do it just keep at chest compressions until someone has gotten emts and dont stop until the emt gets there and tells you to stop. yes it might hurt their chest maybe even fracture a rib. but the alternative is death, which google is complicit in if they make you sit though an ad longer than 3 seconds.

  7. Super rich people aren't greedy. They are sadistic. The problem isn't that they are greedy. It's that they are sadistic. If you keep misdiagnosing the problem you will never solve it.
People like Trump don't do what they do to make money.
