  1. Isn't this cheating, at least very unethical. I mean, you have pushed passed what is physically possible for a human being by using an machine, and it gives a competitive edge. How is this any different for a game of the mind than a competitor in a game of the body using steroids for a competitive edge?

  2. Does the computer have full knowledge of the game state? Like does it know the cards in opponent's hand and what is being in the top of the library. Also it would be interesting to see a game played by it since it actually has to play well enough for this to work.

  3. Holy cow dude! I never heard of your channel & was randomly recommended this video. I was curious and watched. I was impressed so figured I'd try this… it took a little while to get enough wildcards to make everything but finally got enough today. I have played strictly green and blue forever. Anyway, I did it and wow! It's F'N awesome man! A monster! God's be good I wish you and I could talk about this what you did & talk about it with respect to my Body of Research primary deck. Anyway this video has instantly gone on my favorites list, thumbs up 👍🏻 liked and as soon as this comment posts I'll be your latest sub. [Hey if you're not busy you can sub to my channel… has null to do with MTG but still lol] anyway thanks a million for putting in the effort and sharing this!

  4. This is probably only the fifth or so YouTube video I've commented on in over ten years. This needs to be said: you're doing important work. You're elevating the game. Please continue!

  5. I’ll be dead honest: I already have more mtg gameplay footage in my feed than I can watch, so I subscribing makes little sense. I also never “like” videos, and rarely comment. That said, I’ve done all three, because I really want to see this project grow. Have you considered finding collaborators, to make the workload manageable?

  6. Alright that’s amazing.
I remember when AlphaGo started beating 9-dans and I’d love for this project to get enough interest to start finding undiscovered archetypes in eternal formats.
I mean, that’s probably not happening but I wish you the best.

  7. I'm conflicted by information like this. On one hand it's fascinating to see the best combinations of cards but on the other hand the last thing I wanna see is this information being released to the public and seeing the effect it would have on metas. It's bad enough we have net decks and tier lists that essentially remove any room for creativity, because why experiment when someone has already presented information that "works". This just leads to tired and predictable formats. But I get it, a majority of MTG player are actually bad and lazy and just want to Google "What is the best MTG deck?"

  8. A day after trying this AI Generated Deck I moved up two levels winning 6/8 matches. I did have a mix of some 40/60 control to aggro in those matchups. The two lost were Goldspan and mana flooded. But just running the deck is so streamlined; the decision sort of make themselves. All that said; DUDE incredible idea and even more awesome effort. Very grateful and very interested in more of this experiment.

  9. I played this deck with a couple different upgrades but I got to mythic in no time and i dont have a lot of time to play. You MUST continue this. You could break mtg with this in a way that they will have to buy you out.

  10. Not a single wandering emperor in your mono white no thalia deck? I dont buy it. Crazy that you pulled this off though. I can't even imagine how crazy long this would take to make happen.
