  1. Another useless American remake of an already incredible foreign (German) film.
My advice, to anyone who's interested in this concept, would be to watch the original "Goodnight Mommy (Ich Seh, Ich Seh)."
The acting, from what I've seen so far of this remake, is far superior in the original.
So is the overall tone and eeriness.
I just can't see Amazon pay homage to the original.

  2. In both movies mental health was ignored that what I find sad as a mother she seem self focus on herself even though her mental health was bad her sons was worse and as a mother she ignored it

  3. at first, I thought this movie was a letdown, I mean yeah there is only so much that can be done with it if you know the twist, but I kind of liked how they made it that it could just be that the mom is insane, and does not acknowledge the second twin because she is jealous and irrational about the twin's bond, I also liked how they changed the ending a bit, and left the door open for a sequel, even though it is unlikely due to low ratings, I wish they would have let the twins explore and play more as they did in the original, it kind of sucked some of the fun out of it, but I guess like I said the mom keeping them trapped in the house, and not allowing them to make any noise kept up the idea that the mom is irrational.
