I think bulma would turn out to be a bad through isolation
I mean she’s the rich kid.This would start from a very young age and due to some kids be jealous.I think this would be when the evil will start to linger.Her dad will probably try and comfort her but still… eventually she’d move two another school.The same there then another then she’d finally break from all the apathy against her.She’d become cold,distant from everyone and hold a special distain for those who treated her like that.I’d think she’d be jealous slash envy her sister. I mean tights has friends and way smarter than her so yah.dr. briefs would try and get closer to her but… its not gonna work.so when she hears about the dragon balls she’d be ecstatic on the inside.Too wish away all the people who treated her like this,her dream.(also if you think bulma won’t be bullied it’s a what if and she’s also the smart kid so yah,I’d argue she actually smarter than in canon.)so when she meets goku she’d will actually use more smart tactics and be more polite also no uhh undi- you know what I am not even gotta talk about that.I generally like how smooth of a transition this what if could be.what do you think about it?

You should do what if goku had cell's potential. People always talk about Frieza, Broly, and Gohan's potential but Cell really has the most potential. If you were to do that you would be one of the first to do it as it's not a popular idea. I think a way you could go about this is to have a storyline where Bulma recommends to Goku that she could inject his enemies dna inside of him to make him stronger and he accepts. Thus basically making him another cell because he has everybody dna inside of him added on top of his already insane saiyan potential.
