1) Vegeta calls Goku Kakorot he only calls bad guys insects and other names like that
2) Bills is Beerus not Bills Wiss is Whis not Wiss Goten not Gohan Chi Chi not Milk
3) Zeno would have killed Vegeta if he truly wanted to there is no way he would have left him alive on accident
4) Play by play storytelling works in small parts of a stoy not the whole story it's convoluted and over kill.
You're story is definitely interesting and has potential I would look at Salad sayian for pointers
