The one specifically about how Goku is above dimensionality, space-time is different from both space and time and while it may sound similar it's intrinsically different. Space-time is a grid used to show how big the universe or a dimension is. Goku isn't above dimensionality and to state that heaven or hell wouldnt have space time is as einstein would state, plane ignorance (Hell even the statement you used from einstein states that time wouldnt exist without space-time). Theres a proper distance between things within heaven or hell, there was also a time when it was created along with the other universes.
