So this is My Sayain System
Not sure i understand the leveling here. On solo leveling, the user would gain points and put them in areas for stats. How is Goku gaining points here to get higher in levels? Is he getting to put points in different areas or it levels up all in 1?

Do you script these ahead of time? If so, would you like some help doing script reviews? You're pretty creative, but I have some constructive criticism that might really help elevate the storytelling.
You seem to repeat yourself a decent amount. Examples: repeating that Goku can see the display without having to have it pop out of his arm, repeating (pretty close together might I add) that the rage parts of the Ikari form are a detriment, repeating that the HUD shows a skill tree even though you said it not 5 seconds prior. I'm not sure if you intended to cut one of the duplicate instances of informing us about these details out, but them popping up multiple times is kinda jarring for storytelling; breaks the immersion at least for me.
You have a lot of potential as a story-teller, so I really wanna see you succeed, but hey, if you don't want some rando's advice, feel free to ignore me.

Considering Goku's power level was 10 on Dragon Ball started it makes more sense than to have met such a low level. Also I will Master roshi only be eating buff form that makes no sense I think you should have scaled these Powers much higher than what you did
