With the rumours that it was going to be a Kong exclusive film, with the title being Son of Kong, fans began to lose hope that Godzilla would even appear in the film. It'd be cool if the heat team goes into the hollow earth and finds zillas running rampant and then being confused seeing them then and not the first time in the hollow earth follow them then see their like hunting dogs for the remaining kongs like Godzilla is a wild wolf while Zilla is a trained dog their related but distantly

I think that it's just recycled artwork from the first GvK movie.
I love how kaiju stuff is going. We got the main monsterverse that has this movie coming that crosses these two fanbases and iconic monsters, a kong anime and a Godzilla live action series and then we got the separate parties holding us off like toho with there new Godzilla movie and Disney with there new King Kong live action series. Great time to be a kaiju fan. Never in my life did I think the eighth wonder of the world and the king of the monsters would team up

What if the villain of the movie is megalon? I mean come on he perfectly fits in with what the story kinda says "Godzilla and Kong against a threat. And finding the truth about the earth and the Hollow earth the origins of man kind and titans." megalon kinda fits the vibe of the earth and Hollow earth thingy.. He can even go with hand to hand combat with Kong and the g man like isn't that the perfect kaiju for this?

what if it was BAGAN in the new godzilla vs kong 2? it wood be Cool but vere unlikely. Born in a super-ancient China and supercharged by cells from Godzilla and King Ghidorah that his unnamed alien commanders had spliced into him, Bagan is easily the most powerful foe in the game. Generally, he is seen as impossible to defeat as normal Godzilla, and still seen as a difficult opponent as Super Godzilla. but sill vere unlikely

They should have done Godzilla vs Kong with the proper size of the monsters. It would have been awesome because Godzilla could start smaller or younger the first time they fight and get his ass whooped, then come back later ten times larger than Kong for another round. Kong would be able to climb up Godzilla and give him a hard time, it would be pretty epic, you could have Godzilla learn to use his electricity on his back plates in a scene where Kong is tearing into his flesh on his back and he can't reach Kong, then zap Kong so he's dazed and make a really tense scene out of it, along with many other cool possibilities of having a faster smaller but still giant ape vs a slower stronger towering kaiju.

I don't know I'm not actually not excited this time I am little worried mostly the continuity I felt GVK had too many plot holes thanks to reshoots I think so it didn't properly explain many things like how did apex got kevin's head but K.O.T.M. post credit scene showed echo terrorist group buying did the GVK novelization explained that was walter simmons working with Charles Dance's character that is what I'm worried about

When you pitch the title "Godzilla & Kong" with the synopsis they gave for the movie, it almost seems like either a large majority of the film or the entire film may have our 2 Alpha Titans teaming up.

I still think the title for the new film is called Kong Hollow Earth or something else, since it shows the possibility that kong is the main protagonist and godzilla appearing (as a secondary character) during the film.

I think that title was only for the merch they're selling to hype up fans before legendary and toho reveal the actual title and release the trailer 🤔.
After this movie I can definitely see at least 2 more movies hopefully a trilogy jumping into the future focusing on an outer space threat. Alien Invasion Gigan Megalon Space Godzilla a Mecha Godzilla / Ghidorah either way good bad and Earth Defense robots
we are still in the middle of a global pandemic, the powers that be just got tired of trying to fight ignorant people and decided if they die they die.
Considering GvK was more king centered I was hoping this would be more Godzilla centered, especially as I prefer Godzilla

I'd think Kong would want to fight Godzilla for even showing up in the Hollow Earth because he considers it his territory. Their tacit agreement is that Godzilla gets the surface.

godzilla and kong oragins sounds cool enough. i really like the idea of godzilla and kong training together after thair first fight really builds up the mutual respect between the two after Thay took down mecha godzilla.
