The first time I fought Godfrey, it was alright. Now, I actually really like him. He’s basically a toned-down version of the first phase of the later rendition of the same guy. His moves are tricky to get good timing on, but reward good dodges with appropriate punish windows. He has enough variety to be engaging, which is in part due to his aoe stomps, but he generally has a well-rounded move set overall. He isn’t the most unique boss ever, but I still enjoy fighting him.
