So God has a purpose for the child that was born with eye cancer living in constant pain and being on a waiting list for surgery of 3 years just because the parents are too poor to afford medical insurance?
What about the little children in Africa starving to death as we speak?
Or the 3 year old girl that got raped so viciously that her intestines got ripped apart?

I've listened to a lot of your videos & have had what feels like a fast track through a lot of cults & programming. Just emerging & your videos are thought provoking & therefore helpful.
I wish people sharing their experiences with "God" would use "I" statements rather than making their experience / their personal "truth" everyone else's, too. "I believe God is using the suffering I have experienced as a way to teach me!"
Could it be, an exercise or test of faith in God? As in causing increasing levels of suffering, to gauge the level ( or to see if there is a level)at which it breaks your faith that God will have mercy on you and stop your suffering? I know it seems so sadistic and cruel, but does it make sense that God would design a realm just to inflict suffering for the sake of causing suffering?
A regular warped person who likes to inflict suffering, may think it's a good idea, but an entity which has the intelligence of the ultimate creator certainly must have the integrity to not be a creep who gets a kick out of watching people suffer.

I really do not recall ever getting anything I wanted through prayer…I mean I get other things I did not ask for that totally offset the actual thing or things I earnestly prayed for…as for suffering in this realm now…it’s everywhere…humanity seeks to eat its young. I guess I am a selfish fuck to just want a break from injustices, pain and economical deprivations.
I once met a woman who was in a forgiveness group (she wanted to meet me as I'd expressed disgust at the way she treated her violent attacker). As though her story was not horrific enough, she told me of a colleague rescued from near death in the Congo, after witnessing things done to her husband and daughters that are way too much to repeat on here. I was traumatised just hearing it, yet she also went on to forgive. To "love" those who did this. I got the impression they always operated upon this false belief, that "God" is testing us, to make us better people, and he would never give us more than we could handle. It has always stuck with me, the WHY?? There would never be a need for lessons as cruel as these.
Also, years ago I worked in criminal law. You would (or maybe not!) be shocked at just how many murders each week do NOT make the news, and that was just one small office. Similar in my stint in Child Protection. There is way more suffering in here than most people believe to be the case, through mostly rose tinted glasses. I want so bad to be out and not be here again.
