  1. The better understanding of having machines to be able to put out the fires before they destroy housing! Making people homeless . We need more training in the sky.

  2. Global warming is exponential and there are knock on effect we can’t for see. It’s pretty much end game. We can’t even vote for Green fearing it’ll be bad for the β€œeconomy’. So stupid and short sighted.

  3. Where is all the new found weed money going? Why don't we have our own Canadian car companies? How about Canada use manufacturing to combat climate change? With all our resources natural and it's citizens generally kicking azz, it's citizens should be the richest in the world. I mean driving electric Bentley's and Lambo's rich. We don't spend it on manufacturing, we don't spend it on infrastructure, we don't spend it on agriculture, we don't spend it on education, we don't spend it on military, we certainly don't spend it on forestry. WTH is all our money going?

  5. So I just read that Canada is ranked 4rth for the country with the most amount of natural resources in the world. We are number 2 or 3 for the worlds largest oil reserves. Please someone tell me why Team Canada isn't running this sh88? All of our citizens should be living in solid gold houses and wearing diamond encrusted pants.

  7. One more thing. 400,000 Ukrainians soldiers have died so far. almost 5000 were killed just this past week with 800 in one day. Russia has 1/5 of that. I heard those numbers do not include wounded and maimed for life. How many people have to die to have peace?

  8. I thought I heard in this news broadcast that there is a lady that is feeding people's pets that have fled the town! This is Canada, why did they not take their pets with them? This is upsetting that people are leaving their pets behind to suffer in a smoke and toxic filled town.

  10. Anything happens, blame Russia and China. Whatever the governments failed and couldn't face their people, blame Russia and China.
We are sick and tired of the western media, apart from defame and blame on someone, can we do something good first, such as focus on your own people's needs? The media, should report the truth not to make up stories.

  11. All these natural disasters are signs of Jesus's return. God 's wrath comes upon humans as we sin against Him. We disown and mock Him, we twist the truth and distort the order of human nature. We do whatever we feel fit just like the people in Sodom and Gomorrah. God uses fire and water to cleanse the earth. It is only the beginning. Wake up, people. It's time to confess our sins. We should repent and ask for forgiveness.

  13. …theres no more land, than there was, in the last 100000 years, we fought fires, by hand, for decades, but somehow, with our massive population today, we cant manage, the exact same amount of land when it is on fire?
    Make it, make sense

  14. Why did RCMP tell everyone to leave their pets?
Speal with Evacuees around Edmonton, RCMP went door to door and scrambled people and specifically told them to leave pets as they would be returning soon

  15. It's shocking that oil companies knew in the '70's, that this would be the result of their greed for profit. It's absolutely heartbreaking that our planet our mother is being destroyed like this. I lived five years in the territories. The people of these areas are bearing the brunt of past profit decisions. It's all happening, and its just the beginning.I pray everyone can come home soon. Thank Creator for the return of the Totem pole. May our people all over Turtle Island have our bundles and sacred things returned.

  16. The costs rising… I'm more suspicious of this than some crazy notion that drought fueled fires are being set. Why is everything insanely expensive? Why did Covid cause massive profits for real estate? Why is food costing three to four times as much? Price gouging…

  17. If we all lived 12,000 years ago we'd think the ice age was normal, right! 6,000 years ago the same. And not know 6-12,000 years later the receding ice was actually the fault of SUV loving Americans, faceless corporations and a government with too much crown protected land not being taken care of. Yes/No? Mother Nature is far superior to us all, and has shown her wicked ways for millions of years. This is a blip in time. You'll survive as a species, however your mind may not.
