Global Airlines revealed BIG PLAN for Airbus and totally say NO to Boeing! Here’s Why
Since the pandemic broke out, most A380’s have not had a chance to take off. But at the present time, it is still the type of aircraft loved by aviation industry enthusiasts thanks to its spacious interior, large size and smooth flying experience. That’s why we may still be able to see them in the sky in the next decade as the demand for air travel increases rapidly again. 1. A380 is one of the most economic plane when full. This is why many airlines could not use a380 as they couls not fill it. Also airlines needed to.scale up for example if they have only 10 a380 maintainance is then costly. Why it worked for emirates is because they can fill it up and having 116 a380 brought the maintenance cost lower

  2. Why you talking like the a380 is a relic of an aircraft that nobody else uses and people would be put off flying on? Many top end major airlines currently use the a380 on top routes, it's one of the the most well known and loved aircraft out there and is considered the best airliner to fly on. I doubt a single person is going to be put off because they will be flying on an A380 with Global Airlines instead of an A350 or 787. What a bizarre claim.

  3. If an airline has Boeings in its fleet, I avoid it. Even if it’s a mixed fleet I avoid it because you may end up on a Boeing through substitution. I’ve paid more so that I can avoid the potential of being put on a Max.

  4. The A380 has no viable second hand market, a few of these or trunk routes between the UK and core US destinations such as those served by Virgin Atlantic should become profitable. Virgin never had the major flag carrier status and did not get into bed with the Alliances. It only got into hot water with the 2008 and then COVID issues, I fear the biggest problem will be one flight a day. BA the dominant UK player has almost a flight an hour when factoring in its partner American Airways. In respect to obtaining spare parts? Many A380 have already gone to the breakers so I do not know why thats a concern, with spares to last a couple of decades. I think we have seen the maximum of point to point flying, it was introduced by Boeing with 787 to kill A380 but I feel we will find many European cities will be back to capacity if not alread, hub and spoke will return long term for long haul where as budget airlines have instead made point to point the norm within Europe and North America by using other regional Airports to avoid the slot issuesµ
