  1. Can we just take a moment to talk about just how terrible Daniel Craig is at speaking with a southern accent? This ought to be among the top 10 worst American accents ever performed on the big screen… The plot might be fine, but I just can't get over it, every time he opens his mouth… ouchie!

  2. Sounds like it is going to be like the famous mystery movie THE LAST OF SHEILA, written by the great Broadway lyricist Stephen Sondheim and PSYCHO actor Anthony Perkins.

    Except good.

(No, seriously, I am a HUGE fan of play-fair murder mystery movies with brilliant casts having fun – and, up until now, there were only two: THE LAST OF SHEILA, and KNIVES OUT. And THE LAST OF SHEILA is a lovely, cleverly-crafted puzzle, but it sucks as a movie. Perkins and Sondheim were both absolutely brilliant at the things they did, and one of the things they both did well was create and solve puzzles, but one of the things neither of them did well was actually write good plots. But Rian Johnson does.)
