Too many wrong tiers.. As an example, the Dark Archangel is said to be OP. What is the basis?
For PVE, you can jsut use Dark Harpy instead, and for PVP, I personally used Dark Archangel. Performance is very bad.

Wind Polar Queen is in A TIER
I pulled Nigong (light Pioneer). Only thing I dont like much about him is that it auto spams 3rd skill every single time (soul protection) instead of the group heal and everyone ends dying. Is there any way to configure the skills so he uses the heal instead of soul protection?
