Truth be told… I've never actually won with Vinerva. I keep using her Black Forest to try and make the Dark Empire after bribing people with Grove of Gold, and every time something happens. Either the Chosen One really laser-focuses on Redeeming the enshadowed leader, or I forget to actually enshadow the leaders and it breaks apart into civil war, or lesser heroes keep driving back shadow and canceling Monarch's Dark Empire ability, etc. And then I get frustrated and rage quit. Here's hoping it goes better for you!
Primal Font is neat. Basically, if you drink from it, it's +2 to Might, Intrigue, Lore, and Command for like, 50 turns.
