  1. I'd say Cinderace should be Fire/Normal. Fire Fighting is too common, and with it being a Soccer player I could see an argument for adding Extreme Speed to its move pool.

And then make Rillaboom Grass/Fighting because of how beefy he is.

  2. Here's what I'd do (I haven't watched the video yet).
    Blastoise: Water/Steel
    Meganium: Grass/Fairy
Typhlosion: Fire/Ground (Ground because it's called the Volcano Pokemon)
    Feraligatr: Water/Dark
Sceptile: Grass/Steel (Not dragon because that would be broken. Steel because of their leaves being as sharp as swords)
Serperior: Grass/Dark (Like Feraligatr, it is described as intimidating)
Samurott: Water/Rock (Shells are made from primarily minerals)
Rillaboom: Grass/Normal (Normal because it is a stand in for the sound type)
    Cinderace: Fire/Fighting (haters be damned)
Inteleon: Water/Flying (for crying out loud it has a wing suit)

  3. Inteleon can become invisible, fly, control highly pressured streams and pierce through targets weaknesses… I would give him the psychic type, trying to make his "magic" look like 007 skills

  4. I feel like Inteleon would make sense to be a Water/Psychic type, based on the description of how it analyzes it’s opponents and uses that to hit weak spots, it just feels a bit too psychic for me but i can see how the other types could work as well

  5. The only thing against Blastoise getting steel is that it throws off the balance between Charizard and Venasaur. Steel would allow Blastoise to resist Grass moves and weak against Fire, canceling out the type circle. Empoleons steel type gets countered by both Infernapes Fighting and torterra’s Ground

  6. Blastoise should have been rock so fire wouldn’t become neutral and NO STARTER SHOULD GET DRAGON that makes them resist both other starters regardless. The only way dragon would work is if all 3 were dragon

  7. Meganium is one of the few Pokemon that I feel is so capable of a few types that it doesn’t adopt them. It has Psychic properties with its natural tendency to learn both Reflects, Fairy and Dragon qualities in action or design, and it also has the most potential to be Grass Normal.

The biggest L to this Pokemon is that it is a Grass type, in all honesty.

  8. For balancing out the Unova starters, I would give Samurott a steel type if Serperior has fairy type. Just how Emboar has Fighting type allready and its weaker to fairy which you to Serperior.

  9. How the heck did I not realized there was not a single starters if not counting Eevee, that is a normal type, Terestalizing doesn't count and the abilities that changes the type of the Pokemons.
