  1. All these pigs know how to do is talk in circles. It is baffling that 99% of cops seem unable to process simple logic.
Failure to identify can't be the crime for which you are required to identify.

  4. Any government employee who tries to break the law while invoking Homeland security as an excuse should be put on trial for treason. Crying wolf about that sort of thing directly provides aid and comfort the enemies of the United States.

  5. It’s amazing that no police officers ever seem to understand the difference between a hunch and reasonable suspicion. It’s almost comical the way these cops almost give a perfect explanation of what a hunch is. “Maybe your a terrorist, how do I know?” Could literally be a text book example for law students if what a hunch is! And that’s not even a very strong hunch! Reasonable suspicion involves specific articulable facts and behaviors that are uniquely associated with some criminal activity and are rarely associated with legal behavior. For example someone pacing back and forth for a period of time at 1am in front of a closed business, peering into the windows wearing dark clothes in a high crime area could be enough for reasonable suspicion of criminal activity being afoot and would therefore justify a brief detention and in some states identification but not enough on its own to justify probable cause for an arrest. This is law enforcement 101, you start with a hunch, then you observe and investigate, once you have enough specific articulable facts that would reasonable lead you to believe that criminal activity is imminent you detain the suspect and investigate further. If upon the completion of the investigation you obtain substantial facts that it is extremely likely that a crime is being committed (probable cause) you make the arrest. If the DA agrees that there is sufficient evidence to prove in court beyond a reasonable doubt then you are officially charged and it proceeds to trial. Seriously this is day 1 shit!
