  1. This was one of the very first songs I had heard from her, either first or second. It was this or Lennon’s Imagine, but either way she blew me away. There’s a couple of things that I always come back to thinking about when I hear this one. First is that when you see her backing away from the mic about a foot or so, you know her big voice is coming. The other thing is that at the beginning, when she comes up to that first time she sings the line “you’re the only one” on the word “one” it’s the first time she turns and looks into the camera with those big green eyes, and if you’re a red-blooded man, that look goes straight into your heart and soul. She’s an incredible vocalist, and in 3 languages!
