Accused serial killer Rex Heuermann appeared in court Tuesday after investigators finished searching his Long Island home. The 59-year-old Manhattan architect pleaded not guilty to the murders of three women found dead at Gilgo Beach, where the remains of 11 bodies were discovered. The Law&Crime Network’s Angenette Levy discusses Heuermann’s latest court appearance with Law&Crime’s Alyssa Fisher, who was inside the courtroom and then spoke with his estranged wife at the couple’s Long Island house.

The investigation seems thorough, so I think the defense attorney should focus on the question:: does my client look like someone who would leave pizza crust or any other part of a meal uneaten to be thrown away? NO! That might be the only weak spot in the case.
For the amount of evidence and phones ect they have on him he wouldn’t be where he is now if their wasn’t the slightest innocent
