  1. I’m in tears, HOW CAN PEOPLE BE SO INHUMANE . Such a beautiful baby, makes me sick. Sometimes I’m sleepless knowing this is happening nationwide. I pray I win the lottery for the animals.🙏

  2. I found this video because this morning, I dreamt of two large black horses. They were in a large field at the base of hills in the countryside. It was right before a rain or thunderstorm was about to start. You could sense it. One of them ran, not quite a gallop but large and strong nonetheless toward me. It wasn’t frightening, but I could feel the emotion of how powerful and beautiful it was in my dream. Then it pulled up a bit away from me but allowed me to come closer and stroke its nose and neck. It was such a lovely feeling. I have no idea where that dream came from, I’ve never had any connection to horses whatsoever but I woke up feeling blessed and loved. Wonderful.

  3. Can't believe the Amish would treat such a beautiful animal that way, yes he was a working horse, but still, he's one of gods creatures, and you always care for them the best you can.

  4. I agree with Susan 8471. And I think it’s obscene to work a horse, especially a sweet friendly one , all it’s “useful” life and then “retire” it to slaughter. The Amish should be ashamed of themselves. Sad we need laws to get people to behave appropriately towards animals. Glad you were able to rescue him.

  5. What an absolutely brilliant story..its great to see Big John enjoying his life probably for the first time ever feeling love and kindness from humans..thank you for everything you do for John and the foundation..these beautiful big horses need a good retirement..they work all their lives for their owner just to be cast off when they get a bit slower due to the arthritis..disgraceful bearing in mind they are supposed to be God fearing people..🇬🇧💞✝️🙏👍👏🐎🇺🇸
