You were the first youtuber I ever watched. Learnt alot

In glad reece survived sepsis! My dad copped a bout of sepsis in around 2019 but in 2018 had the flu which nearly killed him 😢 i hope reece survived sepsis scot free! With dad it unfortunately came with some unwanted after affects 😢 not sharing to scare you 😅 but just sharing to show support as i relate to what its like seeing a loved one so sick especially with sepsis considering the usual outcomes dire 😢

The first thing I thought when the video started is how great your hair and hair colour looks! 🙂 but totally understand not being completely satisfied with it/wanting it different the next time! Lots of love and strength to you and your little family 🫶🏻
Lauren! Try the game dredge it's a spooky fishing game! See if you'd like it. So comforting to play such nice relaxing music
In 2021, I had severe sepsis, it came back twice more in the same year.
Took me two years to recover from physical weakness, cognitive fog, and for my labs to show somewhat almost normal values of my blood counts.
All the best and good vibes for a full recovery all the way from NC in the US!!
My brain thinks the same way when it comes to dog groomers (I know there are lovely ones btw), but we ended up having a groomer come to the house in the end so I could be there 😅. I really enjoy your chatty make up videos. Life really does like to try us sometimes, esp when it involves health and loved ones, your right, it’s incredibly hard on the person going through it, but it’s also hard on those around them watching a loved one in pain, holding everything together, you’re allowed to seek out help to help you deal with it all to❤
Be kind to yourself. I think anyone would feel overwhelmed under such difficult circumstances. There is so much healing to be found in facing difficult emotions. We all need extra support at times. Big hugs to you and Reece
It's still a bit buggy and stuff because it's fairly new, but coral island is a lot of fun. It's not available on switch just yet (they are working on it though), so it might be best to get it on PC. Minecraft is definitely better on the PC, you can try looking up tutorials for house, barn, zoo builds or cool seeds to play in here on youtube. It's also more fun with friends.
😣🤍🤍🤍
I was diagnosed with ADHD and autism at 31 after having 3 kids and 2 of them got diagnosed with autism. Was the best thing I did because now everything makes sense and I have compassion towards myself. The testing costs alot of money but worth it in my opinion
I had covid, pancreatitis and sepsis in April. Im still recovering and the fatigue is killer! I was in icu for a week and in a negative pressure room for a week after that. Just this month ive been diagnosed with multiple myeloma and have surgery in a couple of weeks then stem cell treatments and radiation. Being sick is hard but also super hard on our loved ones who have to sit by and watch us go through these things. Im certain Reece appreciates you and your strength x
Hi Lauren, it felt nice to ‘sit down’ with you while both doing our makeup!
I wonder if you’d like embroidery as a hobby; you can reference patterns without having to be specific like with knitting/crocheting.
I enjoy these types of videos the most! 🫶
I'm getting tested for ADHD in October. I'm not planning on taking any medications for it if I do have it, but like you said…I just want to know. Everyone I've told I'm getting tested is like, "why are you bothering to get tested if you're not going to do anything about it?" But idk, I just want to know 🤷♀️
Neurotypicals don’t tend to do as much research and self reflection as a neurodiverse. A lot of late diagnosed adults are discovering that they are both ADHD and autistic (audhd) I am also both and wasn’t diagnosed until my late thirties. It has been very validating to be diagnosed ❤️
I love your top
Harvest Moon is so cute! I loved the gamecube version years and years and years ago. However I kind of agree: the story of seasons one is kinda weird lol
Hope things get better for you and your fam! ❤ I got diagnosed with ADHD this year. I felt weird about it because I feel like everyone’s labeling themselves with everything because we’re all chronically on TikTok. However my psychologist recommended I get a diagnosis as I’m very low functioning and it’s effecting my life in such a severe way I’m now on the medication as a way to attempt to course correct my life and hopefully not feel so overwhelmed constantly.
Go with your list, talk to them, ask the questions. You can always choose not to be medicated or choose to be. Don’t stress too much I made it out to be so much scarier in my head than it was.
Good luck with everything and hopefully you guys have some more positive stuff coming ahead in the future ❤
Oh shit! Love you!!! You got this. You both do! Stay strong! Holding back tears the minute I knew what was going on! You handle it well on camera!
Wishing Reece and Mia well. Your happy looks beautiful 💐
Palia is like a FREE 3D Stardew Valley, cosy and cute but possibly overwhelming to begin with. Worth checking out for the home building and decor
Has a vet ever recommended a small dose of gabapentin to help her anxiety when she goes to get groomed?
I'm a vet tech at a cat clinic and we use gabapentin to help calm cats down while they have their exam; etc.
I wouldn't be too sure what would be a good amount for a small dog but worth asking about something to help calm her down
I think you’re the only YouTuber I still follow, and the adhd caught my attention! I’m in qld and was diagnosed with adhd at 26, autism at 27. We all go through the same thought process of ‘but what if I’m not and I’m just seeking a label etc’, but as others have said, neurotypicals don’t usually have these thoughts. Even at 26 I thought autism was just “not wanting to make eye contact” etc (misinformed societal stereotype) but adhd unmasking mixed with medication making the adhd easier to deal with led to autistic symptoms hitting me hard. Good luck with your appointment, it’s an exciting journey to finally understand yourself 🙂 even though neurodivergent life can be quite difficult, it’s a good step. All the best to you Lauren and your family x
Heh heh hehhhhhh 😂😂😂😂 hahahaha too funny…but there really are groomers like that!!
See if you can get into gardening – I used to be completely disinterested until I had to do a bit to keep thebackyard tidy. I realised it made me feel amazing and so have deliberately fostered that as an interest. It’s perfect if you do have ADHD because it’s calming and there’s always so many things you can do (but don’t necessarily have to) that you feel productive but not anxious. Now is also a good time of year for it because the garden is changing so quickly so there’s something different to see each day.
As a 32 year old who was recently diagnosed with adhd and autism, I have always felt that you seem soooo similar to me! I’ve been a follower for almost 10 years now, and when you mentioned looking into getting an adhd diagnosis I literally thought “yes!!! I knew it!!!”
Getting my diagnosis was the best thing that could have happened for me. Understanding WHY I am the way I am and why I’m different from everyone around me was so liberating. Hope you find the same , no matter the diagnosis ❤️
This is has been good to watch. Everyone's comments and stories are so valid and helpful. This is good stuff. Always share and be kind to yourself.
I'm a guy, looking for Hot Chicks online, I saw you and I was like She is HOT.. then I saw the make up , off, and I though, she looks like that woman at the supermarkets,,,, make up… no make up.. DO the Dressh up show. I like those,, Be happy , We love you… I LOVE YOU… kiss, kiss bang, bang…XD
I doubt that you would have ADHD. I think what you are feeling is absolutely normal. You have a loved one who is chronically sick, and you stress and worry. It's mostly overthinking the worst-case scenario.
What tweezers are you using to separate your lashes?
Oh lass, such traumatic times. Many adults would not see these times but some do. As an NICU nurse I’ve watched so many families in pain. Don’t let others detract from your story. You’re a lovely kind girl. Reach out if you need.
