Uh, I'm pretty sure you can't switch starter zones until you turn in the first quest in town (after completing beach area.) Can anyone confirm this?
Every single crafting table is actually present at t3 from day 1. They're in the end game zones at the "outposts". Easiest one to get to is great cleave.
Edit: just doing a drive by pro tip. Haven't finished the video yet so not sure if it's covered.
