  5. You are purposefully , deliberately trying to provoke a reaction , you are NOT just filming a scene and capturing the images of people as they walk past, walk through the scene you are filming , you are aiming your camera at people deliberately.

    You are NOT exposing government fraud, misuse of funds or corruption , you are NOT exposing police abuse or brutality , you are just desperately trying to create conflict and hopefully push someone into overreacting so you can ""prosecute"" , thats all you care about , money , you want to steal tax payers money with a ridiculous law suit from a situation that YOU created ….. and all while begging for donnations, cash app venmo paypal ….
    *why don't you get a real, proper job ,,,, or maybe you can't because of your criminal record ,,,,,, so you try to get revenge on the police and the government/state because you broke the law and ""it's not fair !!!""….

    It's impressive the number of auditors who are ex-convicts and/or ex-soveriegn citizens just trying to get thier own back on the nasty tyrant police who towed thier car revoked thier licience or got them a probation order with random drug testing ,,, ""it's not fair"" everyone can drive but meeee,,,, everyone can smoke mary jane but meee ,,,, it's not fair boo hoo …""

  6. A government , state building is NOT a public building ,,,, there is no such thing as a public building ,,,, the building belongs to the state, the government, the local municipality, the federal government , and they allow the public to enter for government business…

    TRADITIONAL public forum = sidewalks, streets, parks, plazas, alleyways etc outdoor spaces.

    DESIGNATED public forum = a space specifically designed for free speech.

    LIMITED public forum a= a government, state, minicipal building where there is a specific space reserved for free speech.

    NON-public forum = a government, state, municipal building open to the public to conduct official government business.

    our right to film in public refers to a TRADITIONAL public forum ,,,, NOT inside a building owned by the government, by the state, or by the municipality…..

    ""we"" have NO freedom of speech inside a building owned by the government, state, municipality , we cannot enter and hold a political or religious rally or debate , we cannot make a religious or political speech inside the DMV, tax offices , court houses, police department lobbies etc etc etc .

    ""in public"" …… when we leave our homes we are in public, when we enter a shop/commerce we are ""in public"" yet we are on private property and the owner can refuse entry and service if we do not respect HIS rules ,,, government buildings are the same ,,,,,, we can be refused entry, refused services and trespassed and removed.

    Paying taxes and a building being funded and the employees paid with tax payers money does NOT mean the building is public and we can enter and film where we want ,,,,,

    IF you believe that paying taxes means the building is ""public"" then you should insist to go ANYWHERE in the building , even in restricted areas ,,,,,

    IF you respect restricted areas, then you SHOULD respect the no filming restriction because they are BOTH regulations imposed by the building management.
