  1. This man was absolutely charming! Forget trying to go over a wall, I'd run down that aisle so darn fast that my feet would be smoking, especially if the King looked anything like him❤! Talk about a power couple!! She held her man down, without question!! Thats not just love, thats commitment!!! THAT IS WHAT A MARRIAGE IS, COMMITMENT!! HIS BURDENS BECOME YOURS AND YOURS HIS!! A TEAM TIL THE FREAKING END, EVWN IF HATERS TRY THEIR BEST TO KEEP YOU APART! Charlotte was a TRUE ride and die!

  12. I'm a massive history nerd and (although Georgian era isnt really my main focus) they did such a great job at portaying George's character. He was known as farmer George by the people as he had a love for agriculture and living a simple way of life.

  15. "DO YOU LOVE ME GEORGE?" I like how clearly charlotte always communicates her feelings that is what makes this show so satisfyingly nice! no pretending no beating around the bush just straight to the point. she is just so intelligent emotionally like just imagine being a newly wed and your partner seems to be perfect just to pull the trigger on you the minute you're out of the public eyes, anyone would cause a scene! But she decided to keep appearances and protect her emotion and keep her dignity. I love her so much as a character she is always able to assess a situation fast enough and decide her best course of action.

    George is amazing too, like everything this character does makes sense. he is always undergoing anxiety and extreme nervousness but you won't know if he doesn't say it (unless he has one of his attacks of course) which makes sense because his dad died young so he was probably rigorously trained to look perfectly composed under any circumstance from a young age. that just makes sense and I find that satisfying. I think he is very aware of how he appears to others and that is why he is always hiding from people and deciding to immerse himself in his passions, the things he considers a part of himself.

    and i feel like the reasons he likes science so much is that there is a specific way/formula to get the answers you are looking for and those exact formulas work and will work every single time but there is no formula for life or people, and his job as the "perfect" monarch is to erase any doubt people might have, for this he has to present as though he is the truth itself. "i decide! i'm the king" he says, but the only person who needs to be convinced is himself. I feel like that is why he loves Charlotte, Charlotte leaves no room for doubt she just says things as she sees them. and I feel like that is what makes her such a comforting presence for George and why this coupling is so perfect.

    Normally with shows like this it's like you want to be with or be one of the main characters but here it isn't the case I want George to be with Charlotte and I want Charlotte to be with George, and I won't have it any other way.

    not me writting a whole essay chile I think i better watch it for a 3rd time😂😂 also none of the other bridgerton couples come close to this they were boring af couldn;t make it past ep 2

  19. Y‘all gotta explain episode 3. they slept in ep. 2 and were happy. Yes, she heard him talking to his mother that he did sleep with her and she was furious and hurt. BUT, at that time HE still was in good terms with her. In the beginning of ep.3 he „despised“ her. I don‘t get it🥴

  29. As much as I love how the series ended, and how well it works as a limited series, I still so desperately want them to make a season 2 just so we can have more of THEM.
    The acting, the chemistry, just UGH.

  37. I love how this kinda shows the message that mentally ill people can be loved. That there is nothing wrong with mentally ill people, but in how they are treated😭 idk if anyone caught that or agrees
