  1. Small note about the video: I mentioned that Lisa is one of the few characters that can reduce DEF. I also showed Yae Miko and Raiden Shogun during this time segment. To clarify: These two bypass DEF, but it's not the same as actually reducing it. Bypassing DEF only helps their personal DMG, but reducing DEF helps the entire Team's DMG.

The other three characters that reduce DEF are Ayaka and Razor at C4 and Klee at C2. And only one of them is a 4 Star (And was taught by Lisa herself)

  2. Bro, I've been thinking making team with characters that are given free(new player here), first team is lisa, kaeya, traveler(anemo), barbara, team is a freeze comp with super conduct; the other one is lisa, traveler, xiangling, barbara, team is an electro charged, overloaded. Traveler is just there to group up enemy or use his e to spread the elemental an enabler i guess. What ya think of it?

  3. I find it very exciting that she benefits with dendro, as before dendro her options are very limited if you wanted to be efficient or effective, with main DPS Lisa you have to have Kagura’s Verity to capitalise on her huge burst of damage, something that is heavily valued with all the buffs other characters can give her.

And with sub-dps/burst swap Lisa, you didn’t really have much in terms of weapon options other than Dragon Slayer/any ER% weapon, and it was very hard to optimise both uptime and damage.

now that dendro is introduced, as you’ve said in the video, not only did it greatly enhance the two play styles above with Aggravate, it opens up EM Lisa as a serious contender. Previously, Overload Lisa depended on Xiangling extremely while also being a pain to play with Overload knocking everyone away, and Electro-Charged was inconsistent for reasons you’ve explained. Now that Hyperbloom is in the picture, it provides EM Lisa with a transformative reaction that deals good damage while playing nice with her dendro/hydro teammates, while also capitalising on Electro-Charged’s unique trait to trigger Aggravate as well, effectively double dipping on her EM stat.

I find it wonderful that a single element being added opened up so many avenues for a character that is overlooked due to inherent flaws, and I look forward to experimenting on her to see what suits my play style.

Very good video that compiled a lot of good information and quite thought provoking. 👍🏻
