Mihoyo sure loves to go all out on creating cool character-designs for the tribe-chiefs, Mutota's became almost instantly my favorite.
edit: dang if more people like Iansan and Mutota were this skilled at helping people recover from their mental distress, we in the real world would have no more need for those therapists who wouldn't care for us if they weren't getting paid for it.
