You can avoid Cycrox's Neurotoxins by already being Poisoned, by having Mithridatism or Immunity to the Poisoned status, but also by being Resistant if it would only have been one turn of Poisoned. Strangely you can't avoid it by being Toxic type any more (this was changed shortly after the Trait was introduced).

The Temtem Wiki used to have the status listed as "Nullified (formerly Neutralized)". Maybe the "is no longer Neutralized" message was overlooked in the rename?
