Question, how is Madness and Insanity an issue for them when they have Hygieia’s Chalice a World Item that is literally named from the Greek Goddess of Health. Although its abilities are unknown in canon I can safely assume it is a World Item that heals its user from any character debuffs, curses, physical afflictions, etc. Insanity if it was a real state of being for a Player in YGGDRASIL which they can be inflicted with than they should have methods to cure it. Heck they even state Undead are immune to all forms of mental attacks and manipulations, along with mental health issues and problems such as stress, depression, and insanity. Ainz’s feelings of these emotions are fleeting at best and don’t affect him that much thanks to his emotional suppression. All this means even while in YGGDRASIL there were mental health attacks and debuffs so they should have items to deal with something as trivial as madness and insanity in their treasury vault just like they do with curses, diseases, and death. Hell the devs could have just put such an item in game as a trash lottery item due to its extremely situational and near useless implementations in actual gameplay for the pay to win gamers to troll them. Hell we know Ainz was since he used up his entire summer bonus to win the “wish upon a star” ring. And lastly they can literally wish away their insanity and madness if they wanted to with said item!
