Wonder Wheel with George Harrison. In addition to his biggest hit Dream Weaver, Love is Alive was/is a big hit with me. I sing those songs at open mics and will check out more of what he recorded. I'm 72 playing for fun and to share music at open mics. I'm in the same zone of older age and my time could come at any time. I'll continue to play guitars and sing as long as I can, I always envision the ones we have lost as joining that great band in the sky. I picture all of our stars who made a splash in the music scene as being in that band. I bought a Spooky Tooth Album and like it. It might have been titled The Last Puff. Thanks for the video. I'm pretty sure Gary was also one of Ringo's All Stars.
I’m sad to hear this. We’re losing all our greats. 😢
Love is alive is a crazy amazing song. RIP Gary Wright ❤
Spooky tooth the mirror one of their best
RIP GW!😢
A unique talent. I loved really wanna know you. Sad news.
RIP Gary Wright big influence on my life RIP GARY
2023 is turning out to be another 2016…but not as rapid fire.
SHOW YOUR FEET OR WE DON'T CARE….. OK????
My first concert in 1975!! Gary Wright, Fleetwood Mac, and Peter Frampton Day on the Green in CA. It was AWESOME!!
R.I.P. Mr. Wright. Blue skies 🌌
Wow Jimmy Buffet and now Gary Wright, They seem to go in pairs. Like in 2016 with David Bowie and then Glenn Frey.
Love Is Alive was the 9th biggest song of 1976 according to Billboard's Year End Hot 100 Singles.
"MY LOVE IS AAA LIIIIVE yeah yeah yeah…duh dun" 🙁 turned 10 and radio was an escape from childhood hell
I saw Gary when he was in Spooky Tooth at the old Electric Factory in Philadelphia. They opened for Chicago Transit Authority.
Sorry now, Sooky Teo. One of my favs ever……..
You're kidding!!not another one!Yes they were of advanced years but jeez man😢
RIP Gary , I liked many of your songs but, I really want to know you is my favorite tune from you…
The song Dream Weaver was an awesome some. 'Love is Alive' was another great song.
How very sad. Those songs took me to another level in music
How sad ~ loved dream weaver from 75. His time with Spooky Tooth was fantastic too! What a bummer to see all these great artist of our generation pass🙏
