All 50 states here are in one way or another protected by levees, and 43% of the population reside in an area relying on levees to keep water out. The system needs to be maintained. If the levee system of the city of New Orleans was maintained properly by the Army Corps of Engineers (who built them and have admitted fault in court over this) the disaster wouldn’t have happened.
A whole culture that thinks clothes, drugs, shoes, and rap music is more important than being a dad and raising a family. They all know the end result of their actions. I grew up poor in the projects and my mom raised 3 kids to be good people. We served in the military and raised families. I don't know any other culture that comes to America and blames every one of their bad choices on other people while they prey on those same people.
