  1. Imagine being that retarted that you start comparing a fantasy game that is set in a fantasy world with a game that is set in japan. What kind of a moron are you, if you have a fantasy world then why dafuq are all characters made with the Korean standards in mind, well to be honest Lust is one of the sins and actually the easiest one to shove down peoples throats.

  2. They've definitely censored the outfits, look at the martial artist fighter skin for female character " Alar " what a fucking joke, am I supposed to be a martial artist or a fucking knight in training?

  3. The NA Armor in the Thumbnail looks much better in my opinion.
The Korean one looks like from any generic character from any generic asian mmo game where any female character looks and wears skimpy and revealing clothing.

The same issue is appearing in LoL where most new champions/skins are mostly hot e-girls/fkboys.

Yes censorship sucks also sex well, but good and believable character design is rare this day.

  4. Detroit Become Human is horrible in covering any issues, it doesn't have a message. It's obviously a metaphor for racist america but the creator says it's not, and on top of that it doesn't make any sense since the "race" that gets discriminated are supposed to be robot slaves, but it doesn't go into the topic of where the line is between robot and human, the robots are just like humans.
The whole game is just for show, if the robots have emotions and are actually like humans why are they even robots to begin with?

  5. The funny thing is, even if you have zero clue about what happened. You will still notice that there was censorship.
The first thing I thought when starting the game is that my starter outfit looks not quite right. I know these types of games and that outfit looked too mature.
What made me actually look it up however was because there were just so many black nuns.
Like nuns are almost never depicted as black in any media, cuz you only really saw nuns in white dominated areas. At least the type of nun they depict in Lost Ark.
So I was confused why almost every nun in the game is black, like why would Koreans do this? So I googled for Lost Ark Censorship.

  6. Don't blame the devs or Amazon, blame the growing trend of people on Twitter complaining about everything and trying to cancel companies/people. Companies have to be very cautious when bringing anything to the west as it doesn't take much to get people offended here. Life was so much better before Twitter :(.

It'll probably be a similar story with anime in future for the release in the west. Even with mild anime like Demon Slayer people in the west complain about it. Like a recent episode where a teen demon slayer girl gets her butt slapped, people in the west were shocked and calling it sexual harassment in the workplace loool. Its only a matter of time before Amazon etc requires anime to be censored for the west. Luckily I don't think cancel culture will reach Japan, so we should still be safe to watch the subbed Japanese versions in peace.

  7. This is definitely a progressive feminism thing, or at least it is heavily involved, staying neutral and calling every side "stupid" does not mean you are being objective, if one person committed murder, convicting everyone at the scene is not being "objective", and it does not make you sound smarter, if you want to garner support, have a backbone and stick to the truth.
Lying is in no shape or form in any place at any time "objective", truth on the other hand is objective, even if it offends everything on the planet.

  9. "White armor drops"…first off, I've never seen any color of gear that has a white text rarity…and if it did, it would be worthless. The game doesn't have a transmog system. You can't make your end-game armor look like some other armor. So when they censored the hell out of the armor sets, you got stuck with them…which is horrendous because alot of the alpha layers in the armor were just turned into half-assed rubbery pleather looking trash.

As for the race swapping…It's 100% left-wing agenda and ideology. It's unnessary and disrespectful to the authors of the original game content. I agree with what you're saying, but this game isn't taking place in NA. It takes place in a fantasy world (and created by koreans), with multiple in-world cultures, and the characters were crafted to fit those cultures. However, Amazon decided to straight up black-face the NPCs for no reason. They're doing the same thing to Lord of the Rings. They are quite literally making characters black just for the sake of making them black, despite the fact that they don't fit into the lore that way. It's absolute racism. It also just looks bad…Some of the characters they race-swapped practically look like Mr. Popo from the original DBZ. It's just bad.

Compound this with the fact that they didn't just ADD these things as features, but instead completely deleted the original content and replaced it, in turn giving us LESS options than the original…Also, this game is AMAZING. It is quite honestly one of the best games I have ever played, and that makes this that much more egregious for them to change the game for no reason other than to push their political agenda.

Also, if women being portrayed in sexual ways makes them less of people, than there's a whole generation of women who aren't human thanks to OnlyFans.

  10. At least they should have given us the option to choose between the Korea/Russian preset and the NA/EU preset for the char/NPC looks. If they want diversity fine, but give us an option to play the original source material if we want to!

  11. I don't understand why 'adults' complaining that there is censorship in video game? Game works same way anyways. In my opinion who complains play game for other reasons I think. If they have a problem with this. They are not adults

  12. the views on being judged on appearance are wrong, a man is more likely to settle for a less attractive female, but a female usually will only care about if a man is attractive an has money

  13. Thank you as a woman I love playing games where you can make a attractive character and most mmo games I played I don't like because of the censorship I love moba games because the girl skins are very sexy and makes me want to play them.

  14. Yeah i was going to play this game but i didn't realize just how bad it was. My wife and I are extremely anti-western censorship. When they add the original korean designs as a shop item i'll re consider.
