  2. Exactly. Nothing in this video to indicate a previous arguement or what was to come so totally pointless. Only has meaning to her poor family to see her

  3. Their body language says it all. He is angry and does not interact with his fiancee while she is very withdrawn and almost shields herself with her bags. I think he strangled her after this scene, maybe in the van the 20 minutes they are in the parking lot before driving away. The text from Gabby to her mom was probably written by Brian trying to reassure her that everything was alright.

  4. Even if your angry about something there's no excuse to just end someone's life, it's not fair…poor Gabby she found herself a bad boyfriend she didn't deserve to die 😟…

  5. I felt her fear, as she walked by Brian, with her arms folded and looking around the store. She looked as though she was trying to take her time, so that she wasn't alone with him. IMO, allegedly, she's holding herself, closed in, body language and Brian slamming the door. They were probably fighting still again IMO.

  7. I remember when I was with some one he would act that way and me been a rebel I would get away run get in my car and take off I was not going to let him be the boss. When he got ahold of me I was hit I turned him in got a restraining order. He still wouldn’t stop so he went to jail finally left to Arizona. Never again did I trust anyone. He the worst one of all. I wished that never happens to anyone it really makes a person scared. Gabby all alone she should of told the police she didn’t want to go with him because of his behavior. I can’t understand the cops didn’t see that when they stop them.Rest In Peace beautiful Gabby❤💐✨

  8. What stands out to me is that when he died, they said he has $20,000. If that is true, why did he go back home to empty his storage?? Idk but something just still feels strange about this case

  11. I believe they were having a fight in the van for 15mins. They didn't have enough money to buy groceries as Gabby paid that bill at the restaurant when Brian told her not to! The money problems were taking a serious toll on them. Brian was raised by stingy parents. His bedroom was so bare. Brian was angry they lost the money at the restaurant. They were staving that is why they went to the restaurant to eat. But Brian decided to find a way nit to pay the bill.
But Brian's parents were so stingy they were not going to send him any money..They were staving and they had no money. Brian was used to surviving without money for food but Gabby was pulling him down and that was stressing him out. Without Gabby he would be able to do a lot of things. He would not be in the position he is in now. She was costing money. He blamed Gabby for all his problems. And Gabby was totally dependent on him adding more stress for him. The only way to release that stress was to take her out. The problem was that all the parents didn't have money to help these kids out. If they had money they would not have had so much stress. Brian must have grown up in a toxic home with one or two parents suffering from untreated depression. This caused a lot of stress for him as a kid growing up.
The sad part is that Brian's parents knew something had happened to Gabby but they took no action to hold their son accountable!
If we knew the whole story of what their lives were like growing up it might give us some clues about what triggered the series of events that ended up in her death. But of course, the parents are not going to admit to anything. In their minds they were probably the best parents like most parents claim they are, when they are not!!! They don't know the psychologically damage they do to their children.
Brian was so stressed and only when he attacked Gabby he was able to release some of the stress. She should have told the police everything of how many times Brian had attacked her. Her death did not come out, out of the blue. Brian was constantly stressed and Gabby was able to calm him down in the past. that is why his parents allowed Gabby to live with them. Also too, Gabby's parents were having financial problems with all the kids they had, with step kids etc, that Gabby decided to get away and the parents would have one less mouth to feed.
Brian always had some deep psychosis – deep, deep anxiety, where he could not cope with stress in his life, which is why he used to run into the woods to get away from everything. The only reason I can think of for him to grow up that way was that he didn't come from a home of involved parents. It is possible his parents fought about money all the time. He definitely came from a very toxic household. As he got older his parents may have got better jobs and financial they did seem like to be doing okay by the time they moved to Florida from up North. However the damage was done to Brian's psyche. I once had a college roommate who had difficulty dealing with stress. He and his parents were fairly recent immigrants to the US. They were from Asia. His father got a decent job but the town was completely White and they were not well recipients in the neighborhood. He was 7 years old when they arrived in the US. He mentioned once at a Dinner that the wait staff refused to seat them. They were in a small town in the deep South, and it was in the late 70's. America has come a long way from then. He was always shy and quiet and nerdy, and so he got bullied a lot. I believed all that stress took a toll on his brain growing up that he just couldn't deal with stress, he used to shut down and lock himself in the bathroom for days. Once his father had to be called out as he had refused to come out of the bathroom for a couple of days. His father lived 5 hours away so it was a great inconvenience for his poor dad. Needless to sat, he did graduate in IT and moved to California. I called him a few times to check on him. Sadly one day he drove his vehicle up a mountain and accelerated off a cliff and killed himself.
It is very difficult for people like Brian to make in life. They cannot cope with daily living.
I believe the stress built up such for Brian the only way to release it was to strangle Gabby to death.
He didn't want to accept that he did that after he had done it. That is why even towards his end he fabricated a story that he was actually a hero who was trying to do the best thing for Gabby.
Poor Gabby, her parents were so busy with their lives and troubles that they didn't have time for her, or else they would have removed her from Brian a long time ago. There is a lot involved in raising a child. It is not only their physical needs that need to be met, but also their emotional need to be met.

  12. She has her arms crossed. A defence posture. The body language says it all. She is probably trying t calm him down. He took her in the store and probably bought only things he wanted. Another tactic used by someone wanting power and control over someone. He was probably yelling at her the whole time in the van.

  13. It's not natural to keep your hands in your pockets especially when you're walking. It shows he has something to hide. Also, the dark glasses and hat is to not tip off the anger he probably has written all over his face to others while out in public, especially from the body language you can see. He is walking with a stiff gate and jerking around which shows he is not present in the moment and does not want to be there.

  14. So many have captured what was going on….he slams the vehicle door which is telling….Gabby waits….and he maybe challenged to get out and follow him …she is probably smoothing his narcissistic wounded ego, as this is the only way to keep him calm and mildly civil towards her. If only she had caught a bus home, but she was young and vulnerable, and he was emotionally and mentally manipulative of her. I hope this is spoken about by dads and mums with their daughters. Things to look out for. 🇳🇿🇳🇿🐑🐑NZ

  15. She could have avoided it all, if she'd just left and not picked him up the next day, after the cops had separated them and took him elsewhere for the night. You can't save someone from their own thoughts, emotions and actions. They were on a collision course from the moment they met, and neither gained control of their emotions enough to just walk away. Such a sad ending.

  17. I’m still SO angry w those police that basically blamed Gabi & put her out on the streets ALONE & gave the murderer a hotel! Shocking! I’ll NEVER be ok w/ that! I hope everyone of those law enforcement officers sleep well at night… they could’ve saved her!

  18. If I just had an argument with my partner, I would just stay in the vehicle. The way she got out and followed right behind him to the driver's door shows her submission to him. That spoke volumes to me.

  19. This makes me so sad. Being a survivor of DV, the signs are so easy to read. His slamming of the door, the fact she didn't get out right away, her body language trying to make herself smaller, his attitude in the store, the time spent after they got back in the van. I imagine he was telling her what a horrible person she was and why did she do things to make him angry. Oh dear Lord, I've lived it and thankfully got out. RIP beautiful Gabby. You deserved better than him.💔

  20. They were at this Whole Foods store approx 2:15pm on Aug 27th. The weird text, "Can you help Stan?" was also sent on Aug 27th. Does anyone know the time that text was sent?

The door slam says a lot of course and the helpless helicoptering Gabby is doing to show support that she is still around for him in his moment of anger and turmoil. She was a good person and didn't deserve her fate.. He seemed like a very broken.
