  1. i think what sayf said is true about not enough representation for some region, but i do think compared to America as a whole and Pacific, EMEA org aren't as stubborn in fielding a full roster with their country talent and is more willing in looking for EMEA Talent from other nations. compared to america where NA team will most likely have a roster from USA and Canada, while latam and brazil will only use player from their area too. it is more apparent in pacific when you look at team like DRX who field an all korean team, Zeta all japanese, Talon who will most likely play an all thai roster, RRQ who will play an all Phillipines or indonesia roster. in term of looking for players, EMEA org seems to be more open minded
