I think Argent would have been a better codename than "Glenda". Glenda doesnt sound like a Joe codename. Argent is a color like Scarlet and short for Argentina which is where the figure is from.

Airborne, lifeline, Doc, I mean there are so many other options. She’s great as an extra but that is definitely not a figure that makes you want to jump at the dragonfly

They should’ve made the 2nd tier airborne to push it to the 3rd tier, then make Glenda the 3rd tier. They struggled to get to the 1st tier with a classic character and as much as I love Glenda I don’t see her getting us to the 3rd tier
Cool figure, I am still onbroad even if there is no Airborne figure.
Honestly, I was expecting a Tiger Force version of Wild Bill with extra stickers for a Tiger Fly conversion. Because we all know Airborne is the final tier.

Here’s a win/win idea: for the next main line reveal give us airborne, crazy legs, doc, and/or lifeline. Even if they weren’t included with the haslab, we would be happy to know they are right around the corner. And you can release them right as the dragonfly is shipping. People won’t complain they were locked into a haslab and those who backed will be happy they can get them along with the cool deep cut unlock joes when the dragonfly arrives. This will keep the haslab hyped. Everybody wins! Also please give us additional harnesses to fit other bucks. Thanks!!
This is absurd, they couldn't hit water if they fell in the ocean. The Haslab projects are here to bring out figures that are rare and unique to the line, VV is laughing at this blundering disaster of this tier unlock, why would you sabotage the project with this character? I don't see us hitting 16k backers with this figure, then needing 19k to unlock the final tier, it seems like a reach at this point 😅 maybe Valaverse is the better option, he actually listened to the feedback and knows exactly what his fans want!
Not excited but don't hate it. Whatever. I was backing this no matter what anyway. The problem the GI Joe team has with the Joe side is that fans will be PISSED if its an A list character that is locked behind a $300 paywall. For those fans that simply can't afford to back this. So I understand how they feel. Then there are fans that are PISSED that it isn't an A list character. So what does the Joe team do? Damn if they do damn if they don't. They can do variants of A list characters kind of like Nightforce Ripcord but then you still have fans PISSED they are all repaints or "Pre-paints" of characters we will get mainline down the road.
Cobra and the HISS tank had it easy. We all wanted troop builders and any troop builder in Cobra is cool looking. Yes those were still locked behind a paywall but none were A list character except for Retro Mickey Mouse Cobra Commander. Which I still think will be made for mainline down the road. Just not the Mickey Mouse part.
What is also funny is some fans thought maybe a generic army builder was going to be a tier. She can act as one for those who have no idea or emotional attachment to her, yet still just want to moan and gripe.
As other's have pointed out. She looks to be a great hint on us getting a Retro Scarlet and from the weapons, Zap as well. Lets keep this going!

I’m going to pull out of backing this, nobody should care I’m just one out of 12,000, and I really hope they make it to 13 because I would really like to see what the next character is.
Next unlock better be a double figure of a couple good Joe’s or I may cancel my three. Who the hell wants this unknown nobody knew about other than the Hasbro can do no wrong crowd.

First it takes Haslab team 6 months since 2023 started to announce their first project and then again its a GI Joe project after the Ghostrider disaster and the best they can do is offer us a Glenda figure who no one even knows or played with as a kid. This is the kind of thing that will make people cancel.

I don’t get it. They could have airborne, crazy legs, regular ripcord, or a few others. Truly disappointed. They could have put her as an early bird special or something.
what were yall thinking? so many better figures to do, ffs. you really had an opportunity to incentivize sales here …at least make a cool figure for the final tier, and show it early to maybe redeem this.
I have been holding on my toy purchases this month. All just to get a Dragonfly. Everything else can wait. This figure just makes my sacrifice more worth.
