  9. Thank you for sharing your #’s on your bread and butter sales. I feel if they are cheap to buy, easy to process & list, then why not. Many of the buyers are only going to spend $15-20 including shipping so I don’t mind being the one they buy from. Some YouTubers are focusing on $25+ for eBay but that definitely wouldn’t work for the type of items I like to sell.

I watched someone recently with over $60 average sale price, and while it's tempting to want to duplicate that (more $ for fewer listings/less work), I really LIKE sourcing and selling small things, and think it's not a bad business model to appeal to a wide range of folks. So while I do find some higher dollar items in my location and will push to get those listed, I'm not giving up on the small stuff any time soon.

  18. "Make it gone!" My new motto for 2025. I had two offers this morning fir a few dollars less than I wanted. In the past I would have countered and I thought the same thing….what if they don't accept the counter and I have this for another year? That was enough to hear your voice in my head and now I have another $35 to use instead of two things sitting in totes. I no longer want to be in the storage business!

  21. There is a Beaufort NC and I watched a video once on how people pronounce it after hearing it several ways, and from officers on the news, government officials, and locals, they all pronounced it differently, from BEWFORT, BOFORT and others. Almost everyone pronounced it differently.

  23. I understand offering all price points. I will say from 20 years reselling experience. Energy wise it has NEVER been worth it to sell items that do not profit at least $5. I usually bundle lower cost items together. The whole process of listing, packaging, labeling and customer service for very low cost items just is not worth that amount of time for me. I will cut my losses and just donate items I cant make $5 or more for.

  24. I would love to see a video on how to list items with variations. Ive got several of the Russ bumbumz plush for cheap and I thought I would try doing a listing where you pick which one you want. Have you done those? I find it confusing and apparently I can’t do the listing on my phone.
