President Joe Biden warned Thursday night that “equality and democracy are under assault” in the U.S. as he sounded an alarm about his predecessor, Donald Trump, and “MAGA Republican” adherents, labeling them an extremist threat to the nation and its future.
Aiming to reframe the November elections as part of a battle for the nation’s soul – “the work of my presidency,” Biden used his prime-time speech at Independence Hall in Philadelphia to argue that Trump and “Make America Great Again” allies are a challenge to nation’s system of government, its standing abroad and its citizens’ way of life.

When someone only sees what they are shown they have not been shown both sides of the spectrum only what only a specific party has shown you. I may not like Biden but he is better than Trump in terms of handling a crisis. Trump saying that covid can be cured by* thing that is useless and harmful* to other things*which is useless*. Him saying take the vaccine that he himself made when there are hundreds who developed it. I may not have some support for Biden as i only voted for the lesser of two evils and biden is the lesser.
Also for those who think the independent hall is all red hasn't look at the whole view which was scared with democrats with communist or hitler to justify a different political message than what Biden is saying.
