So here we are, finally, taking a deep dive into the stronghold/estate in Lost Ark.
It is definitely important to KNOW about the estate. It’s not necessary, but it definitely helps in the short and quite a bit in the long run.
At the very least, people should use the sailing missions to level their estate and get the orders which are very helpful later on.

Where do I recruit sailors and ships for the estate missions?
Sure would be nice to know the material costs for upgrading everything so you can gather it as you level up, but I can't find it anywhere.

Wow that was pretty hard to follow. I’ve no experience in Lost Ark yet but came here to learn about the housing/stronghold system. I’m not saying that your content isn’t valued but I couldn’t keep up with your fast speech and zipping around the screen with the cursor so fast and highlighting things for fractions of a second!! You lost me so many times that I hadn’t a clue what topic you were covering at some stages. I know that you are respected within the community but as a potential new player you left me feeling very overwhelmed and frustrated with this video.
I do hope you see my comment as constructive as I don’t want you to feel bad about producing information for the Lost Ark community, I actually would like to follow you in the future but as a “noob” to the game I’d need you to slow down a lot! There’s going to be a lot of new people in Lost Ark, please remember we are not all as proficient at this as you.
Thanks for taking your time to upload this video and I do hope that you grow and I’m able to enjoy your content in the future.

Whats a rough level we unlock the estate?
Should I be building random useless stuff with lumber early on to help level up my stronghold faster, or is that a bad use of resources? I mean the vine fences and stuff like that.
Can we get inside the house?
Walked into my stronghold, while watchin' this video… and it didn't help. It explained what was being made, not how to use the island and the houses/npcs.
How do you recruit new sailors or do you need to buy them ?
Probably not going to play this game for a long time. The game mechanics seem very gimmicky and remind me of a mobile game. The combat and art style is absolutely excellent and I'll probably put a hundred or so hours in just playing the various classes. But really this Is just a place holder until a real mmo comes out.

bro i didnt complete the initital stronghold qline and now ive gone back to complete it and its dissapeared and nothing is here, any idea what i should do ?

About the potions and mass production of them , I can sell my potions. On the market ? Or just the ingredients that I use for make them.

Is it possible to sell the structures (e.g. the fountain) you crafted to other players?

If someone made a step by step walkthrough of building up a Stronghold that everyone could follow, that would be fantastic. I have been looking for a PDF or something that I could follow but nothing is out there…at least in English.
How much the stronghold effect you? I dont like the system and dont whant to play that part of the game. Can i just ignore it ?
