Just got back from the Hanoi Hilton loved the picture of her jumping and I did spend time at Travis…I was a year to young to be drafted but Joined in 75, what I have learned about Vietnam that here in the US 75% of what we were taught is false, even watching as a kid Brinkley, Huntley, Cronkite feeding us propaganda on the news, about KIA, etc propaganda by their media companies I will never forget…and I did lose family members in Vietnam…so people dont believe everything you hear on social media, always have a bit of doubt…but her story and her father still being alive is fantastic…

This is not a new show. It's repackaged bits from previous shows. That's fine; I realize their budget is stretched. If you've watched all of their shows, then you've seen these snippets.
Another episode with stories told that are worth more than the objects these storytellers bring—priceless.

It would have been a thrill just to meet Cecil Stoughton! The sad part about the "Burst of Joy" segment is that Col. Stirm's wife had told him she was filing for divorce the night before they were reunited. She'd had a few affairs while he was a POW. This picture was prominently displayed in the original configuration of the Richard Nixon Presidential Library. I was a docent there and would always point out the picture when I conducted a tour.
I agree. So many lies were told about the war by the news media. So many of the protests and demonstrations were funded by the Soviet Union.
