  1. Girl you rock!! I've been trying to workout from so many months. Due to my hypothyroid i wasn't able to workout for 10 mins straight. This is the first video that made me do the ENTIRE WORKOUT without a single break. I thoroughly enjoyed every second๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿฅณ. I love dancing and this is the only kind of workout i can do that doesn't burn me out. THANK YOU SO MUCH โค๏ธโค๏ธ

The hardest part about working out for me was staying consistent because I absolutely hated the boring gym workouts but i have loved this! stayed consistent for about 2 weeks now which is a new record for me! Thank you Jo for providing such fun workouts! I know this video is older but its the one I did today:)

  3. Well, I usually don't do comments but I need to say this. This was really fun, I laughed a lot and something amazing happened. When the part "you are my treasure" played and we hug ourselves I realized that this was the first time I didn't think about someone else but me hearing this song. I'm my treasure and I've had forgotten. So thank you for this and the energy you bring in every single video.
