Looks like she opened her mouth to swap feet, lost control of the unemployed foot, and kicked herself in the arse. I'm actually impressed by her lack of self awareness, she's taken a natural talent and honed it to an Olympic level skill.

The only shame, as far as I can see, is that people who had no part in her foolishness lost their income. Good riddance. Also, I think she's doing her best to look like Duff McKagan from Guns N Roses circa the 90s.
