I think they overlooked the "trained seal" bit which was Sesslers tongue in cheek acknowledgement that Frosk was about to Torpedo the network but he'll never admit it was a passive aggressive faux pas as neither HE nor Kevin could do shit about it. Had Kevin been on that panel at that moment he might have been able to do damage control and shut her up before she went on by making an interceding apology to counter her dumb statement.
