Get you Amsoil brake cleaner here www.amsoil.com/?zo=5124952
Here is how you do the front brakes on a ford transit T250. Also with the tools you will need to do the job. This is why it is a pain in the butt and cost so much at shops and dealerships.

Excellent job Sir.👍👍
Excellent job BFT!
If I was working in a fleet shop that saw lots of these Transit vans, I would either find or make a pair of long studs that I can hand install on 2 of the hub holes to slide the hub-rotor assembly on. The studs would need to be long enough to extend about 6-8 inches out from the hub face. Once you slid the hub-rotor on, install 3 of the hub bolts, then remove the studs and install the last 2 bolts.
Just a thought, not something to necessarily pursue unless you're seeing these vans frequently.
Awesome job thanks.
Obligatory throwing of brake clean bottle (love it 🤣🤣)
Nice work👍
Holy shit I bet those rotors are EXPENSIVE
Why didn't you locktite those hub to rotor bolts?
Great job! I don't get too liberal with the brake grease but apply it conservatively. It didn't appear that you applied any Loc Tite to the hub bolts. I'm guessing because they are Torx headed bolts. If that was GM, they would have doused those bolts in yellow Loc Tite. I would most likely forget to reinstall the ABS sensor. Upon noticing the ABS light on the dash during the test drive, I would remedy the situation by affixing a decal to the dash pad that reads: No ABS Brakes. We Drive Like Real Men.
Nice video. Learn something new all the time by watching. Thanks!
I never see you in the FMCDealer Community. It's weird. I never see any YT Ford Techs in the discussion boards come to think of it. Very strange.
Great video. What kind of ratchet wrench’s are those?
Rotor looked reusable?
Not a fan of that Hub / Rotor design. Anything with Torx fasteners makes me cringe….. Regardless good info if I ever encounter one of them!!
